Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


Only defective, damaged items or if you receive the wrong product will be eligible for refund or exchange.

Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.
Digital items are non-refundable.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item received is defective in any way, simply email us a picture of the item and the defect, within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you.

To start a return or exchange process, you can contact us at In the email, please send us the Order ID, name of the specific profuct and the picture of the damaged item.

We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
